An 8-year-old Indian boy was brought in by his father due to a year-long history of slowly progressive, non-pruritic, ill-defined non-scaly coalescent hypopigmented macules over his neck, anterior and posterior trunk, gluteal area, and bilateral upper and lower extremities (Figures 1-3). A punch biopsy over the gluteal area revealed focal basal vacuolar alteration with exocytosis of small lymphocytes, some with slightly irregular nuclear contours and lying in a vacuole (Figure 4).
