This form is a subscription form for the event curling initiation.

Filling this form is mandatory for taking part to the event, especially in times of COVID-19. However, it does not guarantee a spot as the number of participants is limited. If you subscribe after the maximum number of participants has been reached, your name will be put on a waiting list.  

You will receive a confirmation email at the latest 2 days before the event takes place will all the necessary information. Please also make sure that you pay within the deadline.
