Last year we gathered ourselves at UAL Central Saint Martins, sharing practice whilst re-establishing and making new connections.

This year the 2024 GLAD conference invites you, our community, to share how you are adapting your pedagogies and curricula to these dominant challenges.

This is an open call as we wish to surface and discuss current ideas, opportunities, needs, issues, and concerns currently being faced across our sector. We are keen to include subject-specific debates, provocations, examples of contemporary arts higher education pedagogic research projects, student-staff collaborations and/or curriculum innovations.

Workshop - 90-minute interactive session

Paper - 15-minute presentation with 5-minutes for discussion

Rapid 7 - minute Presentation - 20 slides, 20 seconds per slide

Panel - curation of your own panel of 3-5 people. 45-minutes with 15-minutes for discussion

Poster - minimum A1 sized, exhibited throughout the length of the conference

Practice sharing objects - curated artefacts as a table top exhibition
