ESSER III Fund Survey
Under the Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief III ARP Fund (ESSER III), the Department has awarded the Polo Community School District $973,425. These funds are for the purpose of providing local educational agencies with emergency relief funds to address the impact the COVID-19 has had, and continues to have, on elementary and secondary schools across the nation. At least 20% of the allocated funds must go towards potential learning loss by the students. Other uses for the allocated funds could also be purchasing new curriculum and updating the school district facilities and ventilation system. The district would like to gain additional input on ways of spending the allocated funds. The school district is sending out the attached survey to solicit such input. The survey has a general list of ways schools are able to spend the allocations. On the survey, please check any of the listed items you would like to see the Polo School District focus on with these funds.
