2021–2022 Cornerstone Academy PTO (CAPTO) Board

Your Cornerstone Academy PTO (CAPTO) needs your help to support students and build relationships within our school community. Join our 501(c)3 board!

We are currently accepting CAPTO Board nominations/requests for the 2021–2022 academic year. Deadline for nominations are Friday, April 30, 2021. The members in attendance at the Thursday, May 6, 2021 meeting will decide the 2021–2022 CAPTO Board, should a vote be necessary. If interested, please complete this form and submit. Questions regarding nominations can be directed to CornerstoneAcademyPTO@gmail.com.

Please read the entire packet (located at bit.ly/CAPTOnominations2020-21) if you are interested in a position on your CAPTO Board.

*Please note that anyone who has a vested interest in a Cornerstone Academy student’s education is welcome and encouraged to participate in the CAPTO and as a member of the board. Aunts, uncles, grandparents, guardians—you all have a voice at the CAPTO table.
