If you selected Steering Committee Co-Chair or committee member, which committee would you be willing to lead or help? Please select up to three.

Treasurer: Set-up and manage event budget, work with Fundraising Chairs to collect donations, manage After Prom checking account, pay vendors and reimburse volunteers. Additionally, communicate budget status with committee chairs/space captains, ensure all purchases are tax exempt and finalize

Fundraising: Determine fundraising goal in conjunction with Steering Committee Co-Chairs and Treasurer. Determine strategy for reaching fundraising goal and, with assistance of the Steering Committee, plan fundraising events.

Decorations: Bring the After Prom theme to life by coordinating decoration of all After Prom spaces. Recruit sub-committee members to serve as Space Captains, provide ideas and inspiration for the spaces and work hands-on throughout the event. Work with Steering Committee Co-Chairs to secure a work space for the decorations committee, coordinate event move in and every detail in-between.

Volunteers: Recruit and communicate and lead volunteers for the event, which includes set-up, event staff (i.e. casino, food service, safety monitors, etc.) and much more. Work with committee chairs to identify volunteers' needs, determine shift times and coordinate with the Communications Committee to get the craft recruitment message and online sign-ups.

Communications: Work with all committee chairs to coordinate all communication needs for After Prom. Will work with school staff on communication options.

Food: Coordinate all food and beverages served at After Prom. Work with the Decorations Committee to determine food to serve that compliments theme.

Prizes: Gather (of if needed purchase) gift cards and prizes for the casino and possibly other areas of After Prom (i.e. game show).

Invitations+ Registration & "Check-in": Design After Prom invitation and coordinate distribution to each senior, preferably in person with costumed volunteers that help reveal the theme. Coordinate event registration and oversee check-in.

Casino: Coordinate all aspects of the After Prom casino, which is always popular with the kids. This includes decorations, casino table rental, training dealers and prize distribution.

Entertainment: Responsible for coordinating the silent disco and inflatables for After Prom.

Sustainabilty: Help organize recycling and plans with other committees to reduce waste.
