As the state landscape continues to shift, we want to acknowledge the importance of clarifying priorities as a means to continuing progress in our Guided Pathways institutional and system transformation.  In order to do so, please work with your college Guided Pathways leadership team to review your college's 2020-2021 work plan and identify the three priorities for your institution this year.  We will use this data to further align technical assistance and the learning agenda in support of those priorities.
COLLEGE SPARK FUNDED COHORT COLLEGES
PLEASE NOTE: This does not alter the expectations associated with Essential Practice Minimum Grant Expectations timeline described in the Work Plan Template that is associated with your College Spark Guided Pathways Grant.  As a reminder, these Minimum Requirements are intended as a general guideline intended to support Cohort Colleges is fully developing and implementing a Guided Pathways Model within the five years of the grant.  There is some flexibility in modifying this timeline however, and if you would like to propose an alternative time frame for your college that still meets this goal, please reach out to Heather Gingerich at College Spark to discuss this.
