The Newport School Board has charged a superintendent search committee to coordinate the hiring of a new superintendent beginning the 2020-2021 school year. Toward that end, the committee seeks the community’s help in identifying the attributes and qualities the next superintendent should have. This information will be compiled to guide the committee during the hiring process. Results of the survey will be reported at the first November school board meeting.
