The Julesburg School District plans to return to in-person instruction for the 2020-2021 school year, following all required health and safety protocols.  In an effort to plan accordingly, we need for parents/guardians of JSD students to complete this form and submit no later than July 17, 2020.  Please fill out a separate form for each of your children so we can organize by grade level.  More specific and detailed information will be sent out to parents/guardians as we get closer to beginning of the school year.  Please email Ryan Renquist at renquist_ry@julesburg.org with any questions you may have.  Thank you and we look forward to seeing your child in school this fall.
