Seller shall hold harmless the Lebanon Area Homeschoolers and Southern Heights Christian Church  trustees, employees, agents successors and assigns against any and all loss, expense or liability of any kind including bodily injury, death, or other personal injury, discrimination or any property damage which results from the acts or omissions of the Seller, its patrons, or guests of the event.
Excluding all normal wear and tear, Seller shall be solely responsible for and shall reimburse LAH or Southern Heights Christian Church for all damages or losses to the event space, personal property of Southern Heights Christian Church or any other  Southern Heights Christian Church property caused by the Seller. Payment for such damages shall be due and payable immediately upon receipt of written notice from LAH or Southern Heights Christian Church setting forth the itemized damages.   LAH or Southern Heights Christian Church is not responsible for any damage to, loss or theft of any property, personal or otherwise, personal injury or bodily injury sustained by the Seller or their guests.  LAH does not guarantee a certain number of shoppers or attendees.
