***With effect from 1 November 2021, all users, except for exempted persons, should scan the "LeaveHomeSafe" QR code before entering the venue. Under the new arrangement, the exempted persons are required to complete a record form to register their names, the first 4 digits or letters of their identification documents, their contact numbers and the date and time of their visits.***

***由11月1日起，除獲豁免人士外，所有人士必須使用「安心出行」流動應用程式掃描場所二維碼，才獲准進入香港大會堂。在新安排下，十二歲以下和六十五歲或以上的人士及使用「安心出行」有困難的殘疾人士在進入香港大會堂時，可獲豁免使用「安心出行」。場地亦會因應實際情況，豁免個別人士在進入香港大會堂時使用「安心出行」。所有獲豁免人士必須填寫表格登記其姓名、身分證明文件首四位數字或字母、聯絡電話和到訪日期及時間，並須於登記時按場地職員要求展示相關身分證明文件，以作核實，場地職員亦會致電核實聯絡電話。***
