Yea just fill this in if where you're living (in college) has bad WiFi. This is for issues with STRENGTHS of the wifi, not conecting. We'll forward new responses onto IT.

Info for you: you should be using CHCH by default, and ChCh-Members (a new network currently being installed) if it is working. Eduroam should be your backup. You should never have to use The Cloud.
