For events, please provide the when (date and time, if applicable), where, what (a description of what participants can expect), who (which rotary club is involved, are any other organizations involved?), price (if applicable), and how to get more information. 
For example, if Billings West Rotary Club is having an auction the info they would provide might look like this:
