Firesale - Buyer Application
Firesale is the best and only resource for qualified Buyers to find incredible startup assets that need to be sold quickly. These assets can often be acquired for well under their market or strategic value and consideration can be in the form of any combination of cash, stock, or simply employment (aka acqui-hire).

Our goal is to help buyers and sellers connect quickly in order to transact. We do not intend to have the most buyers on our platform, but rather a smaller number of active buyers. To that end, each buyer's application will be reviewed and only relevant buyer profiles will be accepted. 

Process:
  1. Apply via this form
  2. Firesale admins will review
    - If rejected, your profile did not meet our criteria for a qualified buyer. In some instances, we may ask for more or clarified information
    - If accepted, you will be sent an with membership fee information 
  3. Once the invoice is paid, you will be added to our weekly newsletter, in which we share non-confidential details about companies or assets for sale, along with an anonymous email to reach the Seller
  4. You may email email Sellers with your interest
  5. Sellers who accept your interest will engage
  6. At that point, Firesale is no longer involved

Firesale.ai Buyer License Agreement

Effective Date: January 1, 2024

Welcome to Firesale.ai. This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("Buyer" or "You") and Firesale.ai, a service operated by iEstates.com, LLC, a company with its principal place of business in Illinois ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing, using, or purchasing through Firesale.ai ("Service"), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service strictly for your internal business purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

2. Use Restrictions

As a condition of your use of the Service, you agree not to:

- Share any information, reports, data, or other materials received through the Service with anyone outside of your immediate organization.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code or underlying ideas or algorithms of the Service.
- Circumvent, or attempt to circumvent, any of the processes or procedures outlined in the initial email communication from Firesale.ai with the subject "Welcome to Firesale."

Use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by this Agreement.

3. Limitation of Liability

You agree not to hold Firesale.ai, iEstates.com, LLC, or any of their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, or related entities liable for any losses, damages, liabilities, claims, or expenses arising out of or related to the information shared with you through the Service.

4. Buyer's Due Diligence

You acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for conducting your own due diligence regarding any transactions, information, or materials obtained through the Service. The Company makes no representations or warranties as to the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided through the Service. 

You acknowledge that:

- Sellers may sometimes provide inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information.
- Mistakes may be unintentionally made by either Sellers or Firesale.ai.
- Therefore, you agree that you will not rely solely on any information shared through the Service in making any business decisions.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Illinois, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of these courts.

6. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to its subject matter and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between the parties.

7. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. You will be notified of any changes through the Service or via email. Your continued use of the Service after such notification will constitute your acceptance of the revised terms.
