Welcome to our circle.  A circle that focuses on concepts each week to help understand how to have healthy relationships. People will discover different concepts that can impact our relationships.  Our circle is based on a themes that create psych-educational concepts and healthy discussions.  
 It is a very small group where the same PEOPLE  attend each week. We meet every Thursdays f rom 4:00pm-5:30pm online, through zoom. It allows a safe space to share our story and learn about healthy kinship. The power of our circle heals as we learn that our stories are very similar and we are not alone. Topics we discuss: How trauma can impact relationships, Healthy boundaries, Ingredients to love self, How Communication impacts connecting,  Awareness wheel7 values teachings,  Gottman's healthy relationships, 5As done in 5ways.  David Richo, Emotional dynamics and regulation,  Attachment styles and Elder and our role

To honour the power of our circle our stories are sacred and need to be treated as such. As we share our stories we ask that the stories stay with our Ancestors and not leave our sacred space. You have the right to confidentiality and privacy towards your healing journey.  *
CAP requires group therapy to honour high standards of practice especially when it comes to healing.  Our practice has to follow these guidelines and application to your process. If you feel this is compromised you have the right to voice your concerns to the regulatory body.  *
Facilitators that follow regulatory body have to honour group member's confidentiality. If Group member is at risk or shares another person may be at risk, facilitators have an oath to break confidentiality.  Your circle of care will be notified.
