My son has permission to participate in the Shades Valley Baseball Youth Camp. I understand that the risk of injury does exist during any athletic activities such as this. I will assume full responsibility for any cost incurred due to injuries sustained by my child during his participation in the camp. We have insurance that will cover our son during his participation in this camp.
