Hello everyone! In honor of my next single, "Songs From the Attic", I wanted to create a "choose-your-own-adventure" gift away. In this forum, you will find questions where you will have to make a choice. You can either win the game or lose the game.

 The winner will be receiving the "Songs From the Attic" Limited Edition Book Box which contains: The "Attic" Tea, the "Till Death" Tea, the "Attic" Perfume, and the "Songs From the Attic" Sticker.

BEFORE YOU START THE GAME, there are a few rules/requirements which will help with determining the winner.

RULES:

3. On this form, please make sure you fill out your first and last name, Instagram handle, email address, and the country you live in. (Please be sure to check the USPS website to make sure your country is receiving packages from the USA.)
4. You will get as many chances as you want to complete this adventure! If you lose, you will be told. If you were successful, you will be told. Only ONE winner will be chosen! (I will pick a random winner from those who have successfully complete the story).
5. Be sure to read the story text under each Title! It will help the game have more context.
