Vice President I - Fundraising (Evaluate and Coordinate fundraisers and present them to PTA for approval. Preside in the absence of the president. etc.)

Vice President II - Membership (Coordinate PTA membership drives. Maintain the PTA membership roster. Submit paperwork for membership awards. Preside in the absence of the president (in their designated order).)

Secretary (Record meetings minutes, Maintain all records of the PTA)

Treasurer (Manage finances for PTA, present financial reports at general meetings, file taxes for PTA, create and adjust budgets with approval from PTA Members, etc.)

Parliamentarian (Advise on questions of parliamentary procedure based on Bylaws)
