交通大學全校教職員工生大家好，因應嚴重特殊性肺炎COVID-19疫情,校內需調查所有校內教職員工生,入境或居住其它國家之紀錄,以作為返回台灣後防疫措施之建議

一、掌握全校教職員及學生之出國旅遊史及外國人士來台前停留/居住之國家 ,請務必至「交通�  大學校園傳染病防治調查」( https://forms.gle/RzSAs7Aod2ukSVPr9 ) 進行填報。以方便學校提�供防疫宣導及協助。


二、如出現發燒（>38℃）、呼吸道不適等類流感症狀：請撥1922依指示就醫，戴好口罩，就醫時，請告知醫師旅遊史、接觸史及不適症狀等。

三、如有上述情況發生，也請主動通報校內傳染病專線，衛保組03-5731906(上班時間) 或軍訓室03-5131339或0972-705757(非上班時間)。

四、防疫期間,有關教務相關問題,請洽 03-5712121 分機 31465 蔡小姐;如為教師、職員工請洽詢人事室(分機52231)

五、防疫期間,要如何自我健康照顧
(1)定時量體溫
(2)以肥皂勤洗手
(3)減少觸摸眼口鼻
(4)減少出入公共場所
(5)維持良好作息以增強個人抵抗力

六、室內空氣須維持良好通風及空氣清潔，只要仍存有呼吸道症狀就應持續戴口罩。

八、嚴重特殊傳染性肺炎現列為第五類法定傳染病，請依下列規定遵守防疫,請勿以身試法。

(1)傳染病防治法第 62 條 明知自己罹患第五類傳染病者，若不遵行各級主管機關指示，致傳染於人者，處三年以下有期徒刑、拘役或新臺幣五十萬元以下罰金。
(2)傳染病防治法第 63 條 散播有關傳染病流行疫情之謠言或不實訊息，足損害於公眾或他人者，科新臺幣三百萬元以下罰金。

Dear everyone, according to the measurement of COVID-19 prevention, please be noticed that:

a. All NCTU faculty, staff, and students returning from other countries including transit whether having symptoms or not, please make a report on the NCTU Website for Disease Control (https://forms.gle/RzSAs7Aod2ukSVPr9  )(This form)to notify the school health system, wear masks and avoid entering or exiting public places. Thank you for your cooperation.

(Note: You don'd have to fill it if you have done this before 2/25)                  

b. If fever ( temperature>38℃ ) with flu-like symptoms ( cough, running nose, sore throat, etc.), please call the Epidemic Prevention Line 1922, wear mask and seek for medical help as soon as possible. (Inform the physician of your travel, occupation, contact, and cluster (TOCC) history.

c. IF you having above symptoms, please also dial 03-57131906 (Division of Health Service, in office hour) or 03-5131339 or 0972705757 (Office of Military Training in off-office hour).

d. During the outbreak of coronavirus, any questions about courses could contact with Miss Cai, 03-5712121 #31465. Please contact Ms. Ann WONG(#52231) , the officer of NCTU Personnel Office , if you are faculties or staffs.  

e. During this period, self-care are suggested as
(1) measure body temperature twice a day.
(2) wash your hands with soap.
(3) Don’t touch your nose and eye with hand
(4) Avoid public area
(5) Keep regular life

g. COVID-19 novel coronavirvus infection defined as the 5th Legal infectious disease, and all must obey the law of Taiwan CDC, otherwise will be punished(Knowing self carrying virus but not following preventing instruction then cause others infected could be fined or put in jail. Spreading untrue rumors could be fined up to three million NTD).
