WES Showcase 2023

On Saturday, March 25th from 10:00am-2:00pm, the WES PTA will host the WES Showcase that showcases the WES students and the amazing STEM work they do throughout the year. We need your help to make this event possible! Please sign up if you are willing to help with any or all aspects of the WES Showcase.

Please note that if you sign up for something, you will not do it all on your own (unless you want to!). We have committees for all parts of the Showcase. We hope that you will sign up to help with the planning! Planning will begin soon so please respond ASAP and no latter than October 28th.

Penny Wars (The week before the Showcase, the grades compete in Penny Wars!)

Silent Auction (Solicit items for the silent auction. A lot of this can be done from home via email)

Raffle Baskets (Organize raffle baskets! Great for creative individuals)

Cake Walk (Pick a theme for the cake walk, solicit items, and oversee the cake walk throughout the Showcase. It is the most popular event!)

Classroom activities and games (Got some ideas for fun classroom activities - this is for you!)

Ideas (Got ideas but not sure they fit in the aforementioned categories)

Just want to help with planning!
