All accommodations are two single beds in a double occupancy rooms. Single accommodations may be able to be made by special arrangements. There will be an additional cost.

If you do not have a preferred roommate we will match you with another traveler. We will introduce you via email and give you a chance to get to know one another before departure.

Acknowledgement of cancellation policy: Trip Deposit and Payment is non-refundable for any reason. Participants are recommended to take out private trip insurance to cover reimbursement if you are concerned about needing to cancel your trip and/or flight. Organizer retain the right to cancel the trip and refund all attendees if our trip does not have a minimum of 8 fully paid participants by March 31st. Please acknowledge your understanding of this policy by typing your name in the line below.

Payment Information: A $1,000 non-refundable deposit is due to secure your position. Once your application is approved you can pay via check mailed to Wendy Schulz, or with Credit Card. A 3% fee will be added to credit card payments. Please indicate which payment you prefer. Mail checks to Wendy Schulz 10300 Whitestone Road Raleigh, NC 27165.
