We are so excited to be working with Marleigh McKay on the release of When All The Songs Became About You! In When All The Songs Became About You, Marleigh McKay takes readers on a bittersweet nostalgic ride where coming of age means coming to terms with yourself and the lessons life and love have in store for you. This is a duet and the second book will be released in early January 2024.

It was the summer of 1994 when I stepped out of my mother’s home and into the rest of my life.

I was eighteen, but I wasn’t ready.

That was when I met Matt. He was a million bad decisions wrapped in a shiny bow. I knew I should have stayed away, but I couldn’t stop myself from trying—trying to save the unsavable…again.

Until, unexpectedly, I stumbled across another and realized there were no accidents. One look at Jude and I knew every song I’d ever heard, every word I’d ever scribbled in my journal—they were all for him.

But Jude was drowning in an ocean of commitments that weren’t his own. And I was pretty sure he hated me. It didn’t matter though. Every delicate, bendable piece of me already belonged to someone else.

So, that should have been the end of it. 

But, for my story, it was only the beginning…
