Orientation & Transition Experiences offers a number of involvement, sponsorship, and promotional opportunities for organizations that have an interest in reaching the new student audience. By submitting this form, we can better understand your needs, and more effectively incorporate your group into our programming.

Table at Explore U — Businesses and outside organizations are invited to table at this large-scale event during Welcome Week. Tabling at Explore-U will allow you to have face-to-face interactions with upwards of 4,000 students in a three-hour period of time.

Table at the Orientation Resource Fair — Come and engage with incoming students through sharing what your business/organization/etc. provides to the community and how students would benefit. Note: This opportunity has a waiting list.

Present a Community Engagement Session — If you have ways for students to get involved at your organization/non-profit/etc., you could present to incoming students about ways to become an engaged citizen through your organization.

Sponsor Program Materials — Various programs have sponsored materials, such as T-shirts, pens, bags, etc. These items are used by incoming students and student leaders through programs, such as Freshmen Orientation, Transfer Orientation, Welcome Week, and Transfer Welcome Days.

Donate Prizes — Prizes donated from the community are always needed as an incentive to incoming students and student leaders. Prizes typically consist of gift cards, coupons for free product, or promotional items. Businesses are also able to donate large door prizes such as airline vouchers, cell phones or large gift certificates to be given away at large scale events.

Financial Contribution — Provide financial support to help cover the cost of a specific program (Freshmen Orientation, Transfer Orientation, Welcome Week, Transfer Welcome Days).
