Dear Parents,

On Friday, May 17th, we will be having our OIS Field Day.  This fun-filled day fosters cooperation, skill development, decision-making, and sportsmanship.  There will also be competitions!  In order for Field Day to be a success, we need your help!  This may include setting up, running events, serving refreshments, taking down events, etc.

If you would like to volunteer for Field Day, please complete this form.  

***A background check is required by TISD for ALL volunteers each year.  Go to www.tomballisd.net and follow the Volunteer Application link.  This application must be completed online as soon as possible.  If not completed, unfortunately you will NOT be able to volunteer.***

6th Grade will be 9:15 am to 10:45 am.  Please arrive by 8:45 am.
5th Grade will be 1:15 pm to 2:45 pm.  Please arrive by 12:45 pm.
