Infolink Lost and Found Inquiry Form
Lost something at the University of Alberta? You can use this form for inquiries to confirm if your item has been turned in to UASU's Infolink. We will reach out via email within 1-2 business days to let you know about your item's status. 

Please note that we do not collect water bottles, items containing food, and/or soiled clothing for sanitary reasons. Items we do accept are stored for 30 days before being donated or disposed of. Items pickup in person requires some form of identification. Please visit our website for updated hours of our locations.

Please do not submit a request if you have lost your ONEcard. Our office emails individuals for all ONEcards that have been turned in. Instead, you can call (780) 492-7924 to temporarily deactivate a lost ONEcard.
