The role
involves:- Making a commitment to learning about and becoming aware of the lived experience of
individuals with disabilities and accessibility barriers to employees with
disabilities
- Applying
this awareness to your role as a member of the Harvard community (i.e., hosting
accessible meetings, creating accessible digital content, etc.)
- Knowing
where to send colleagues who need to request reasonable accommodations, want to
self-ID as having a disability, or need other disability-related information
- Distributing
communications regarding these campaigns to communication channels in your
school
- Having
your name and contact information featured on the Whole Me Campaign website
