Participation Agreements: 

Participation in these seminars is at your own responsibility and risk. The exercises offered
are understood as complementary psychotherapy and are not a substitute for any necessary individual medical or psychotherapeutic treatment, but intended to support them. The teacher, management and the organisers are not liable for any damage (accident negligence for damages (accident, property damage, theft, etc.)

The teacher and/or managements hold the right to ask a participant to leave. 

Any damages instilled to equipment or building will need to be reibursed.

Cancellation Agreements: 

The participation fee for CREATING SAFE CONTAINERS can only be refunded if the cancellation is received at least 31 days before the start of the seminar or if a replacement person is named.
 
A processing fee of €100 will be retained in the event of cancellation. 

Should the event be cancelled by the teacher or organisers your participation fee will be refunded in full or forfeited for a future training class.

In any case travel and accommodation costs cannot be reimbursed.
