Advantage Cleveland: Tennis & Education is celebrating its 15th year of providing a free summer recreational camp for students at Thurgood Marshall Recreation Center. In addition to learning the basics of tennis, children participate in fitness, wellness, literacy, STEM, and creative expression programming in five components per day, Monday- Fridays from June 10-August 1. We are a tennis camp- your child must be interested and willing to play tennis every day with us! 

IMPORTANT INFO- PLEASE READ BEFORE SIGNING UP. 

Please note- filling out this form does not guarantee your child's acceptance to camp, we will send out an acceptance email with more information if we have reviewed and accepted your application.

Please sign up only for the weeks your child can attend at least three of the five days. We need to make sure we know who is attending on which days- this is extremely important to reserve the correct number of breakfasts and lunches.  If your child is not going to attend any days, please let us know in advance by emailing admin@advantagecle.org.

YOU MUST BE THERE TO PICK UP YOUR CHILD AT 3 PM- WE DO NOT HAVE STAFF AVAILABLE TO STAY BEYOND THIS TIME.

IF YOU HAVE MULTIPLE CHILDREN, YOU MUST FILL OUT A SEPERATE FORM FOR EACH OF THEM
