In group work, you do not get the individualized attention that you would receive from one-on-one therapy sessions. It's a balance of sharing outwardly and going within. If you become triggered very easily and aren't sure how to manage those responses, individual work may be the most beneficial for you at this time. Please share your thoughts about how you are able to manage triggers when they happen. (It's not about 'not getting triggered'. It's about how you move through it when you do!) *
