Read these instructions and Guidelines in their entirety:

Due to the change in Office Hours Requests must be received by 12pm (NOON) on Thursday to be included on the upcoming Sunday list. Late Submissions will be on the Next Sundays List.
All Names and Bereavements will remain on the list for 2 Weeks and then removed. If you want a Name to remain longer you will need to submit another form. Names on the Cancer List will remain for 4 Weeks, then forwarded to the Prayer Team for continued Prayer.

*****Only the Bereavements of immediate Family Members are Posted in REALM on the Main Page and on the Sunday Morning Victory List. Non immediate Family Members (cousins, Aunts, Uncles, nieces, nephews & etc.) will be covered in Prayer by the Prayer team.
