Below are signups for Private/Semi Private Lessons. Reminder to fill out one form per student! 
Classes are M-Th, unless contacted prior for makeup dates (Fridays, as needed) due to weather or maintenance issues.

Swimming Lessons are filled on a first come, first serve basis. Payment must be received by June 1, 2024 or your spot will be forfeited.  Payments can be made through the City of Silver Lake website by clicking here, in person at City Hall or by mailing payment to
