Chemistry Graduate Peer Mentorship Program - Mentee Questionnaire
The Chemistry Graduate Peer Mentoring Program is a 1-on-1, volunteer-based mentoring program where a 2nd year graduate student will be paired with an incoming 1st year to mentor throughout their first two quarters of graduate school.

The purpose of this survey is to learn more about you as an incoming graduate student so that you can be paired with a mentor based on mutual interests (research, career, etc.).

All survey questions are optional. If you have further questions about the program or this survey, please email Alissa Matus at matusa@uci.edu.
