This form is to submit proposals on various topics, such as publishing, editing, translating, marketing, technical, workshops, residencies, communities, or other topics that apply to all genres).
USE OTHER FORMS if your proposals focus on poetry or fiction/nonfiction.

We are reviewing your proposals only if you agree with these conditions.

While we can't guarantee, we will do our best to accommodate your request. We will contact you if there are many presenters requested the same slot.

We plan to video a few of talks. Do you mind if we record your presentation and upload it to the JWC YouTube channel? 

Note: If we will record your talk, we contact you a few days before the event.

Due to unavoidable circumstance, selected presenters may withdraw their presentations and the program will have some open slots. If your proposal is not selected during the first review, would you like to be a substitute presenter?
