PII Protection Agreement
Access to the data provided by the system licensed from GEO Partners, LLC provides Personal Identification Information (PII) that can in principle be used to identify individual identities of those who participated in the data collection.

PII is protected under Maine law via Title 35-A: Public Utilities, Part 7: Telecommunications; Chapter 94:  Broadband Internet Access Service Customer Privacy.

I acknowledge that access to the above system is covered by the above mentioned State Law, any other relevant State Laws, and any future State Laws regarding PII, and I agree that I will maintain full compliance with State law.

I further acknowledge that any of my staff or co-workers who work with this data will execute a similar agreement and provide a signed original copy to the party releasing the License below.
