Dialogue to Change (DTC) Facilitator Application
Thank you for your interest in becoming a DTC Facilitator. It is a pre-requisite that you attend a dialogue prior to being trained as a facilitator.

The steps for becoming a DTC facilitator include:

1. Fill out the Facilitator Expectation Form at https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfiT55_OXLut6Z40994x3sSBVErhTRCpm42tKRYFvklPj5_PQ/viewform?usp=sf_link.

2. Complete and submit the DTC Facilitator Application form below.

3. After you have been notified via email that you have been admitted, you will then participate in the facilitator training session.

4. After you complete the facilitator training, you will participate in one 1-hour online Q&A conversation prior to facilitating your first DTC session.
