Leadership Lynchburg 45 Application
Participants are expected to full commit to the program which includes the following:
• Attending the mandatory two- day Opening retreat in March.
• Attending at least 80% of the monthly, sessions (March- November).
• In addition to completing session prep assignments, class members will work on a community action team project.
• Being mindful of COVID-19, participate fully, in person or virtually, based on personal comfort level and respective employer & program guidelines.
• A willingness to support Leadership Lynchburg through time, talent, and treasure and referral of future candidates for the betterment of our community.
