100 Hour Challenge 2024
The 100-Hour Challenge is a campus-wide initiative to promote healthy choices surrounding substance use while also coming together to support and affirm those who already live by this choice.

Participants can choose for themselves to either abstain from substances such as alcohol, abstain from binge drinking, and/or abstain from cannabis use or other substances, which offers an opportunity to reflect on a relationship that might otherwise go unchecked.

We hope to unite all students in this effort, regardless of their relationship with substance us such as alcohol & marijuana, or other reasons for participating.

The 100 Hour Challenge begins Wednesday, February 14th at 11:30am with our Kick-Off event and runs through Sunday, February 18th at 4pm. Keep an eye out for a schedule with upcoming events!

**Binge drinking is defined as a pattern of drinking that brings blood alcohol concentration (BAC) to 0.08 or above. This typically occurs when those born male consume 5 or more drinks or those born female consume 4 or more drinks, in about 2 hours.
