To allow us to plan appropriately for the return of students back to school, we need to know your choice for your child’s instructional setting for the remainder of the first quarter of the school year.  The quarter will end on October 30, 2020.  

Please note that this will be a commitment for the entire grading period. Students/parents will be able to change instructional settings, but only at the end of a grading period to take effect at the beginning of the next grading period. For students to continue with remote/distance learning, a contract will be issued and agreed upon by the school, student, and parent(s).  The contract is a guide to support students and their overall academic, social, physical, and spiritual advancement.  

A separate form will need to be completed for each child attending St. Mary's School. Decision form due by Wednesday, September 23rd .
