NOTE- CCB Symposium starts at 1pm. There will be no lunch offered.

Once this survey is completed, a google form (SAMPLE: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1663CVRsRmdNH1vpv5Cyw0DAyMdGMovRImdFbMsgvEWk/edit?usp=sharing ) will be shared with you. Please record names of all sponsors and students who will be participating in CCB.

Payment: each school pays $12 for each member including those on the varsity team. The sponsors are free. We can give you a receipt when you arrive or bill you in advance.

If you have students who might want to share their talent (song, poem, skit) during the time we have during the CCB testing time, please share their names here. We will send more details and guidelines once we get a general idea of interested parties. NOTE-- we will not be able to accommodate set ups or spaces that would interfere with the set ups for the competitions.
