[Spring '24] SWE x Industry Mentorship Program
Hello! Interested in becoming a mentor/mentee for the SWE x Industry Mentorship Program? Register here!

Currently, we are running mentorship programs with the Graduate Women in Engineers (GWE), Industry Program, and the SWEster program. This application is for the SWE x Industry mentorship program, but if you're interested in learning more or registering for another mentorship program, please refer to this document!

SWE x Industry
The UCB SWE x Industry Mentorship Program pairs industry professionals with UCB SWE members interested in the industry. Pairs meet virtually at least once a month so the student connects with and receives help from an industry guide. The program lasts for an academic semester (February to May). The program's purpose is to connect students with someone in their field of interest in the industry. Throughout the mentorship, the mentee guides every meeting with questions, seeking career-related advice, discussion, and support

This semester you will be able to meet with your mentor/mentee at least once a month, and you will be provided with opportunities and challenges to make this program great for everyone involved. This program will be conducted both in-person and virtually throughout the entirety of the spring semester. More information regarding the timeline and commitment requirements can be found here

Remember that mentorship is a two-way street, you get what you put into it.

The deadline to register is February 26th, 2024.
