SWE-San Diego Volunteer Interest Survey - FY24
We would love to know how you would like to volunteer with SWE-SD and what committee(s) interest you! Joining a committee is a great way to not only connect with other SWE-SD members but also give back to our community and learn valuable transferable leadership skills.

Volunteers join committees to lean into leadership in a safe environment free of judgement, interruption and marginalization. They assist with program management, content creation, access to key opinion leaders, etc. Strengthen your collaboration and critical thinking skills and transfer those skills back into your teams and organizations with confidence.
