This is the first of a two-part assessment process. If both parts of the assessment are successfully
completed you will be signed to Angelbee Nursing & Other Home Care Services (Angelbee) as suitable and available and suitable to provide the service that you are offering.
The entire process will be completed online and is open to anyone eighteen years or older, anywhere in Jamaica who considers him/herself qualified for the job they are applying, as it will not require an in-person visit.
Please note that by completing this application, you are giving consent to Angelbee Nursing Service to process the information provided to determine your suitability for the position you are applying, and to share your information with potential clients of Angelbee Nursing Service who indicate an interest in acquiring the service that you are offering. The information shared will include your name, age, gender, telephone number, qualification, parish of location, job experience, COVID-19 Vaccination status, and the scores you will receive on The Angelbee Nursing & Other Home Care Services' Assessment Quiz. If you do not wish to have your personal information processed and shared this way, please do not fill in this application.
Please read the two documents you were directed to read on the website: “Infectious Conditions Protocol (Upper Respiratory and Gastrointestinal Tract” and “Staff Code of Contact | Terms of Service,” before starting this application form, as you will be asked to answer questions about these two documents.
