This form covers all GreenHorn Bass Tour series in which you plan to fish for the upcoming season with the same team members. Fill out this form one time per team. If you plan to fish two or more series, using two or more different co-anglers please fill out the form for each series in which you will be using a different co-angler and sub.  Consider only full time series when filling this out, you can always add pick-up events later. If something changes before the start of the season, please email changes to greenhornbasstour2011@gmail.com.

All league dues including tournament entry, membership fees, and league bonus are due prior to the start of the first event. If you choose to fish "pick-up" events in a different series that is not your primary full time series you will pay these on the day of the tournament. Please notify greenhornbasstour2011@gmail.com at least 24 hours in advance if you wish to fish a pick-up event. The complete breakdown of payments and fees will be emailed to you after completion of this form. Your membership is not locked in until payment is received. *

Release of Liability *

The OptiCast League Bonus *
The League Bonus is an exciting way to win more cash! To enter the league bonus you will pay $130.00 at the start of the season ($25.00 per regular season tournament for one series and a $5.00 entry fee). Only the teams that enter the league bonus are eligible to win the OptiCast league bonus bucks for each event. League bonus will only be paid out to the 1st place League Bonus team for that event. The payout is 100% and based on the number of boats entered for your respective series fished. Entry details will be provided on the payment forms which will be emailed to you upon completion of this form. League Bonus Bucks are paid out at the end of the season after the last GreenHorn Bass Tour event of the year.
Jack Money Bonus (ADVANCED division only) *
JackMoney is offered only for ADVANCED Division Tournaments!  To enter the JackMoney bonus you will pay $510.00 at the start of the season ($100.00 per regular season tournament for one series and a $10.00 entry fee). Only the teams that enter the JackMoney Bonus are eligible to win (just like the OptiCast League Bonus). The JackMoney bonus will only be paid out to the 1st place JackMoney team for that event. The payout is 100% and based on the number of boats entered for your respective series fished. Entry details will be provided on the payment forms which will be emailed to you upon completion of this form. JackMoney is paid out during the weigh-in for each regular season tournament.
