The Chicago Urban League is partnering with Centers for New Horizons to host a Covid-19 vaccine clinic for children and adults on Thursday, June 30, at 4510 S. Michigan Avenue. Everyone who gets a first or second booster will receive a $25 gift card onsite. Individuals who live in the 60653 zip code and get a first or second dose vaccine will receive a $50 gift card via mail. We will offer Pfizer, Moderna and Johnson and Johnson. Walk-ins are welcome, but please register below to let us know you're coming.
