ASIST Registration
Thank you for registering for the Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) on September 3-4, 2019 in Cheyenne, Wyoming.

Please complete this brief form to register for the training. Someone will follow-up with you via email with more details as the training date gets closer.

This training is limited to 30 participants on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you register after the initial 30 participants, you will be notified and placed on a waitlist. If a spot becomes available, spots will be offered to the waitlist in the order of who registered first.

The deadline to register is one week before the event. Registrations will not be accepted after this date.

Information on Lived Experience and Suicide Loss *
As this training addresses the sensitive topic of suicide, our first priority is to ensure that our participants are safe. We recognize the importance of lived experience and value the voices of those who have lost a loved one or experienced a suicidal crisis/attempt themselves. We also highly value the healing process and do not recommend this training for anyone who has had a suicide attempt or lost a loved one to suicide within the past year.
