Printing Details
Program Booklets are 8.5” x 5.5” printed in black and white on glossy stock. Your ad will appear in the program at each of our concerts during the concert season. Please note that ads should be designed in such a way that the same ad will be relevant throughout the concert season (October 2019 – May 2020). The booklets are printed only once, so updates to the ad are not possible during the course of the season.
Ad Submissions
The deadline for ad submissions is Wednesday, September 18, 2019. Ads should be sent electronically in JPEG, PDF, GIF, TIFF, or EPS format to felix@etyo.org.

Also mail a “print copy” of your ad, contract and payment to: East Texas Youth Orchestra, P.O. Box 130694, Tyler, TX 75713. Ads are not considered submitted until hard copies and payment are received.

Payment must be made in advance by check payable to East Texas Youth Orchestra, Inc. and sent to PO Box 130694, Tyler, TX 75713.

Alternatively, payment may be made online via PayPal at etyo.org. Click on the Donate Now button in the Help Our Cause section on our home page. Please put the advertiser name in the memo.
