TGRR volunteers will learn how to organize, run, and sustain a collaborative setting while learning about each other’s work to develop a common understanding of the scientific language used by different groups. Volunteers will be engaged in and learn about the coordination of international, cross-disciplinary research collaboration. Students and early-career researchers will be prioritized for volunteer coordination positions, and TGRR specifically encourages participation from underrepresented groups in academia. We will fill the open volunteer positions on a rolling basis and work with the volunteers to ensure that their position aligns with their career goals.
