It is a very exciting time as we are in escrow to acquire the beautiful church property and assets owned by Calvary Chapel located at 31612 El Camino Real, San Juan Capistrano, CA 92675. The property is a 22,600 sq ft, 3 level building, with 9 classrooms, kitchen, hall for 130 people, and sanctuary which holds 400+ people, plus full av/video/security and furniture. We will be able to move into this property at the end of April 2022 provided that we secure the down payment of $4 million dollars which we believe is very doable with the generosity of our St.Basil members and Greek Orthodox friends.

This is separate from Stewardship, it is a one-time donation to help us secure the property and loan.
