I, the undersigned, fully empower Rabbi Elie Weissman to act in my place and on my behalf to sell all CHAMETZ possessed by me (knowingly or unknowingly) as defined by the Torah and Rabbinic Law. I also empower him to sell or lease all places wherein the Chametz owned by me may be found. Rabbi Weissman has the full right to sell the Chametz and to lease the places by transactions as he deems proper and for such time which he believes necessary. This is done in accordance with all detailed terms and forms as explained in the general authorization contract (shtar harsha’ah) which I have given this year to Rabbi Elie Weissman to sell the Chametz.This general authorization is made part of this agreement. Also, I hereby give Rabbi Weissman full power and authority to appoint a substitute in his stead with full power to sell and to lease as provided herein. The above given power is in conformity with all Torah and Rabbinical regulations and laws; it is also in accordance with the laws of the State of New York and of the United states. *
