8th Street Campus Booking Inquiry
Current families and staff of Davis Parent Nursery School are welcome to book the 8th Street Campus for private events (birthday parties, meetups, etc)!

The cost to rent 8th Street for private events is $150, with a deposit of $300 (held as an uncashed check, returned upon satisfactory cleaning and campus damage-free)
  • Rentals are available on available weekends and school holidays. Please fill out this form to inquire on availability!
  • Private event rental includes use of the outdoor space, use of outdoor equipment (yard, play structures, vehicles, outdoor tables, and kids/adult chairs), indoor bathrooms (adult and children), and kitchen. Please note that indoor play spaces are not available for use in the rental agreement
  • Renter is required to clean and restore the campus to its original state. An info sheet on how to clean up after an event is located on the fridge. Clean up normally takes about 30 minutes to complete with a few helpers
  • Outside equipment (ie, bounce houses), products containing nuts (including trace amounts or produced in facilities that processes nuts), alcoholic beverages, or anything else illegal/dangerous on a school campus is not allowed

If your date/time is available a digital agreement will be sent to your email for to you sign. Upon signing the digital agreement and submitting payment of deposit your booking will be confirmed.
